Nicholas Gounarakis

After graduating from the Steven’s Institute of Technology in 2019 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Quantitative Finance and a Minor in Economics, Nick spent several years at an active, mid-sized developer headquartered in New York City. Nick oversaw all financial aspects of the company’s real estate development and construction projects, from deal underwriting and pre-development, to ground-up construction and property management. In that capacity, Nick worked closely with the firm’s lenders, partners, and investors to ensure that all financial obligations were satisfied. Nick brings these skills and relationships to his work with Apex Development Group, where he is responsible for deal underwriting and guides pivotal investment decisions.
