Apex Development Group LLC was founded by Andrew Esposito in 2019 and is a real estate development and services company. The firm specializes in value-add development opportunities including change of use scenarios and discretionary zoning actions. It is asset class agnostic with a focus on community uses. Apex boasts an impressive network of close relationships within a wide variety of disciplines including capital markets, brokerage, legal, architectural/engineering, construction, and government, all of which are leveraged in support of successful project outcomes.

Specialized in identifying undervalued acquisition opportunities (both fee simple and ground lease) with a careful attention to deal underwriting and market conditions.

Focused on a systematic approach to extensive diligence including environmental review, title conditions, and zoning allowances.

Well versed in discretionary land use activities, including rezonings before the Department of City Planning pursuant to the Uniform Land Use Review Procedure, Special Permits before the Board of Standards and Appeals, and site plan approvals.
