Crotona Park, Bronx Community Center 

In the Crotona neighborhood of the Bronx, Apex worked in conjunction with its non-profit partner Commonpoint, to identify, acquire, and renovate the former Boys and Girls Club Smilow Clubhouse, thereby renewing its former prominence in the community. For generations, the building has served as a safe space for families to gather and partake in educational and sporting activities, including basketball in a regulation gymnasium, and swimming in an impressive indoor swimming pool. We are proud to have been part of such an impactful pillar in this thriving Bronx community.
