On Tremont Avenue in the Bronx, Apex is currently developing the ground-up 60,000sf future home for Nuasin Next Generation Charter School's K-8 program. Nestled within the newly approved "Metro-North rezoning" district that will bring 7,000 new residential housing units to the immediate vicinity, the school will be situated at the core of a modern metropolis and just feet away from a brand new Metro-North rail station. With such stellar previous performance that is was granted one of the coveted "zombie" charters recently issued by SUNY, we are proud to bring Nuasin into the Apex charter school family.
