In Flatbush Brooklyn, Apex has acquired the 12,000sf parcel of land improved with a modern astro-turf sports field and running track for a long-term tenancy to New York City’s preeminent Success Academy Charter School. The site will serve the various
neighboring Success Academy Charter School facilities to provide scholars with a safe and expansive sporting arena to supplement their existing impressive athletics program.
