Apex Development Group is excited to have partnered with Juns Construction to oversee the development of a ground-up new building for NYU Langone’s new family medicine center in the booming Sunset Park neighborhood of Brooklyn. Initially a leasehold interest, the development team is preparing to transfer title of the new building to NYU for their long term ownership to service generations of families to come in the areas of dentistry, women’s health, occupational therapy, speech pathology, and other disciplines.
